Hold down the Stop or PrintScreen or WPS button labeled 2 - 30 seconds depending on the printer model

Press the keys in sequence: MENU_ BACK_ LEFT_RIGHT_ OK _CANCEL_ TECH MENU_REPORT CONFIGURATION

Button is pressed on the panel the following keys: +, +, stop, -, -, stop, stop  -on the printer display to display the character UC, press the + button until you see the AA and click Start  -printer prints reports.

The service mode, the machine-Tech-Mode:  - If the unit is 3-in-1 - Up + Up + Stop + Down + Down + Stop + Stop - were in service, AA there choose to print all reports.  - If the machine 4-in- one with fax - Menu + # +1 +9 +3 +4 + Menu - Select Tech Mode - and from there make a listing of all reports.
